He leads the company's work across sales, e-commerce and performance marketing.
Early on, Hamza built and led a remote, commission-based sales team of 20+ people on a structured four-stage pipeline — Targeter, Opener, Closer and Fulfiller — that carried the business past 500 fulfilled international orders. That experience shaped a core operating belief he still runs the company on: own the customer relationship and the data, keep the pipeline structured, and put budget behind proof rather than guesswork.
His work spans sales leadership, e-commerce and Shopify operations, Meta and TikTok performance marketing, cross-border and cross-cultural client management, and direct product sourcing from China. Today he leads the Ytech Digital team in applying that same end-to-end system for other brands looking to launch or scale across international markets.
